We ask our current members to maintain an "active" status each session — this doesn't mean we expect everyone to attend every single event, but we need to see a solid effort to participate in as many events as your family is able in a given session. This helps us keep our group secure and well connected. Our RSVP process (a simple form at the bottom of each event’s detail page on the calendar) helps us keep accurate attendance records which are used to determine the active/inactive status of our members at the end of a each session.
BRING A GUEST + STAY-TOGETHER POLICY
If you know a family who is interested in joining our group, you may invite them to attend one event as your guest as long as you add them to guest portion of the RSVP form. If they'd like to take the next step of joining our group officially, they can join the queue and we'll get them onboard during the next registration period.
Additionally, families must stay together — parents are responsible for their own children at all times. Thanks in advance for understanding.
We love sharing at Wild + Free, but not our germs! We ask that you refrain from attending events until you/your child are symptom-free for 24 hours without the use of medication. Please also be considerate of attending events with well adults/children who may be a carrier for a communicable illness in your household.
EVENT REGISTRATION CAPS + FEE POLICY
Certain events that are more intimate in nature (our book club celebrations/annual traditions, etc.) have a registration cap to ensure safety and true connection.
Additionally, our Central Ohio Wild + Free group is completely free to join! However, please note there may be an occasional family/registration fee for certain events. Additionally, our Mama Gatherings meet in a local coffee shops/restaurants — we ask that each attendee purchase a small drink/treat as they are staying open after hours for our group.
